Job Description We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Design Director to lead our commercial design projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing all phases of design projects, including client relationships, design solutions, specifications, documentation, team coordination, and consultant interactions. Your Responsibilities • Manage client relationships and work with the ownership team on project timelines and business development. • Lead initiatives for improving internal design processes and collaboration, and update documentation standards. • Mentor the design team and oversee task delegation, with guidance from the ownership team. • Adapt to varying project needs and responsibilities, such as project management or drafting support. • Coordinate with purchasing to ensure product accuracy and resolve delivery/installation issues. Requirements • 5+ years of architectural/interior design and project management experience. • Experience working with an architectural or commercial design firm. • Strong understanding of commercial design and construction documents. • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and people skills. • Proficiency in REVIT, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
