Senior Interior Design Consultant

Job Overview As a skilled interior design professional, you will provide consultative services to customers, fostering lasting relationships and brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities: • Meet with clients, listen to their needs, educate them on project requirements, and build creative design concepts tailored to personal style, lifestyle, and budget. • Provide expert advice on tile, wood, stone, and accessories for residential and commercial projects, catering to homeowners, interior designers, and builders. • Design and sell comprehensive, functional, and visually appealing solutions that meet customer expectations. • Manage multiple simultaneous client projects through all phases with high accuracy, timeliness, and follow-up. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Minimum one year of interior design experience or prior retail/sales experience. • Degree in Design is an advantage. • Knowledge of hard surface flooring is beneficial. • Proficiency in basic mathematical skills. • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite.
