This advanced contributor will provide creative and technical design expertise, consulting on projects from conceptual design through completion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of interior design principles, excellent communication skills, and experience working with diverse stakeholders. About the Role: • Lead complex interior design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal outcomes. • Develop and represent the lead technical viewpoint on projects, ensuring seamless execution. • Mentor junior staff members, sharing expertise and promoting professional growth. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to drive innovation and excellence. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field. • At least 8 years of progressively responsible interior design experience, preferably in institutional settings. Key Skills: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and project management abilities. • Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including designers, contractors, and clients.
