Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a talented, hands-on Senior Home Stager and Interior Stylist with strong practical experience in interior styling and visual merchandising who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate has excellent creative thinking skills, a sharp eye for what will appeal to prospective buyers, and the ability to create fresh, innovative designs for every project. You should be skilled at rearranging furniture, enhancing function, and showing off each home’s best features to help it sell faster. Equally important, you have excellent communication skills and enjoy building strong relationships with clients during walkthroughs, understanding their goals, and collaborating to create spaces that exceed expectations. We expect candidates to come in with solid hands-on staging or styling experience and the ability to contribute quickly. However, we will provide training and mentorship on our specific systems, processes, quality standards, and signature style until you are able to lead projects independently. Compensation & Benefits: Hourly rate: $25–33 per hour, based on experienceCompensation increases with demonstrated performance, reliability, and growth in the roleFull-time employees receive 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insuranceShort-term disability coveragePTO and sick leavePaid national holidaysEmployees can use our trade discounts!Mileage reimbursement Key Responsibilities: Design & lead staging projects, ensuring they run smoothly, efficiently, on-budget and meets our quality standardsSelect, pack, and arrange furniture, decor, and accessories to create cohesive, appealing designsCoordinate closely with the admin & moving team on scheduling and logisticsCommunicate effectively with clients, vendors and team in order manage staging projectsConduct property walkthroughs with clients in order to understand their objectives & preferencesPrepare proposals, estimates, and staging plans aligned with client's budget, the target buyers and the home's individual needsAssist with prop warehouse & inventory managementBe flexible and open to taking on additional tasks as needed in a small business settingStay up-to-date with current interior design trendsAssist marketing department by creating videos of staging projects for them to use for content Why Join Our Team: Collaborate with a dynamic, creative & award-winning design teamExperience a variety of projects—no two days are the same!Enjoy a mix of independent and team-focused workThrive in a close-knit small business environment where your contributions will make a difference Live our values of integrity, compassion, innovation, community, trust, and empathy Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in interior styling, visual merchandising, or home staging. Strong written and verbal communication skillsDriver's License and reliable transportationCollaborative mindset and ability to self-manage time and projects (staging & real estate is a fast-paced industry with many moving parts and deadlines)Punctuality, reliability, and willingness to be hands-on (staging can be physically demanding)Interior Design Degree and technical knowledge such as AutoCAD and FF&E is a plus but not required.
