While we value the ability to step into this role confidently, we also provide ongoing training and mentorship so that you’ll fully understand our systems, style, and standards. We welcome applicants with extensive styling and visual merchandising experience, but having a formal Interior Design degree—and the ability to lead and manage our interior design projects—is a significant plus. Key Responsibilities: Home Staging & Styling • Meet with clients, conduct property walkthroughs, and develop staging plans • Prepare proposals, estimates, and staging concepts aligned with target markets and client goals • Select and arrange furniture, decor, and accessories to create cohesive, appealing designs • Utilize Stageforce (or similar tools) to ensure time-efficient planning and installation • Coordinate closely with the admin team on scheduling and logistics • Lead and supervise staging projects, ensuring they run smoothly, efficiently, and on-budget • Collaborate with junior designers and staging crew to ensure timely execution • Assist with prop warehouse management and inventory upkeep • Be flexible and open to taking on additional tasks as needed in a small business setting • Stay up-to-date with current interior design trends • Assist marketing department by creating videos of projects for them to use Additional Responsibilities for Interior Design Department for Candidates with Required Credentials • Manage the entire client project lifecycle for interior design projects: from initial intake through project completion • Conduct on-site visits to measure spaces and assess client needs • Produce 2D and 3D renderings and models • Develop conceptual designs and test-fit furniture layouts • Source, price, and order furnishings and materials • Create compelling presentations that communicate design intent Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in interior styling, visual merchandising, or home staging • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Reliable transportation • Collaborative mindset and ability to self-manage time and projects (staging is a fast-paced industry) • Punctuality, reliability, and willingness to be hands-on (staging can be physically demanding) • Additional Requirements for those looking to also lead Interior Design: • AA or BA in Interior Design is a must • 2 years experience working at the interior design industry • Background checks are conducted; we believe in second chances Employment Details: • Full-Time or Part-Time (Full-Time strongly preferred) • Primarily on-site; some tasks may be completed remotely, but the role is largely in-person • Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Compensation & Benefits: • Hourly rate: $30–$38 per hour, based on experience • Full-Time Employees: • Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance • Short-term disability coverage • PTO and sick leave • Six paid national holidays • Employee discount If you’re ready to advance your career in a supportive, innovative environment—where you’ll have the training, mentorship, and creative freedom to succeed—we encourage you to apply today!
