Senior Floor & Decor Designer

Job Title: Design Team Lead About the Role: As a Design Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our design team and providing a seamless start-to-finish consultative design service that builds lasting relationships and brand loyalty with customers. Meet with customers to understand project needs, educate them on requirements, and build creative design concepts incorporating personal style, lifestyle, and budget. Requirements: A degree in Interior Design or 6 years of interior design experience, prior retail/sales experience is preferred, knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus, proficiency in basic mathematical skills, self-motivation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite are required.
