Senior Designer / Job Captain - Architecture & Interior Design

Skills • Strong architectural aesthetic design skills • Excellent presentation abilities • High attention to detail with an understanding of varying detail levels at different design stages • Clear verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Ability to coordinate effectively with engineering teams and clients Responsibilities • Design and manage multi-family and single-family residential projects • Oversee tenant finish projects in commercial settings, including workplace design, retail, and restaurants • Handle capital improvement projects and existing building renovations • Ensure compliance with zoning and building codes across various jurisdictions • Collaborate on commercial construction projects of varying scales and scopes • Set up Revit infrastructure as per firm standards • Guide projects from concept through Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), Construction Documents (CD), and Construction Administration (CA) Qualifications • Architecture degree • 3+ years of relevant experience in architecture • Experience with interior Tenant Improvement (TI) projects • Familiarity with software such as SketchUp Master, AutoCAD, and Revit • Background in custom residential and multi-family housing design Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field Education Requirements Credential Category • Professional degree in Architecture Experience Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecture, particularly in residential and commercial design • Proven experience in managing projects from concept to completion Why work in Boulder, CO Boulder, CO is known for its stunning natural beauty, vibrant culture, and outdoor recreational opportunities.
