Senior Designer - High-End Interiors

We are looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer to join our team at Aeternum Design Studio. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for taking projects from initial concept through execution, ensuring impeccable quality and compelling design narratives. Responsibilities include: • Leading design projects from concept through construction, ensuring excellence at every stage • Managing multiple projects, balancing creativity with technical precision • Mentoring junior and intermediate designers, fostering professional growth within the team • Building strong client relationships through clear communication and thoughtful design solutions • Developing and refining design concepts, sourcing materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project narratives • Overseeing project schedules, ensuring smooth coordination and on-time delivery Requirements for the position include: • 7-10 years of experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial interior design • Strong Revit proficiency required; additional skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and rendering software are a plus • Exceptional graphic presentation and storytelling abilities • Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and meet deadlines • Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about design excellence The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for high-end residential and hospitality interiors and thrive in a collaborative environment.
