Senior Designer - Architecture | Multi-Family

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer to lead architectural projects in the multi-family and mixed-use sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility and technical expertise, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of multi-family and mixed-use projects from concept to completion. • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to define project goals and requirements. • Utilize BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD software to create detailed architectural designs and documentation. • Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to inform design decisions. • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards throughout the design process. • Mentor and guide junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment. • Participate in client presentations and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating design concepts and solutions. Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, particularly in multi-family and mixed-use projects. • Proficient in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software. • Strong understanding of architectural principles, building systems, and construction processes. • NCARB certification and AIA membership preferred. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
