SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER OVERVIEW Will be focused on the smallest details, formulate design that is in line with brand and is conducive to the client’s lifestyle, and act with professionalism and charisma in a luxury environment with exacting clients. You will participate in all phases of design, including but not limited to, AutoCAD drawings, space planning, finish schedules, budgeting, product specification, client presentations, and job site management. REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS · Minimum of 3+ years working experience and knowledge of construction needed · High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit required · Adobe Suite Proficiency · Google Workspace Proficiency · Microsoft 365 Proficiency · Knowledge of SketchUp preferred · Knowledge of finish schedules · Produce project AutoCAD drawings including: Floor plans, elevations, electrical · plans, cabinetry layout, tile plans, millwork drawings, et. · Select finishes, furniture, and fixtures · Prepare and deliver client presentations including: design boards, plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. · Source architectural materials · Prepare and deliver finish schedules · Review drawings from vendors · Attend on-site visits and provide direction to outside vendors · Keep details on meetings, task and tracking on multiple projects.
