Senior Design Professional

Job Opportunity Works independently to evaluate, select and apply standard techniques while collaborating with a team.Utilizes problem-solving skills and reviews findings with a team leader.Compiles data, performs design computations and executes code analysis under guidance from a team leader.Develops architectural renderings and documentation in coordination with internal and external team members.Conducts on-site inspections of architectural features with assistance from a team leader.Receives technical guidance.Requires supervisory approval for project documentation.Ensures high-quality work through regular self-assessment and review by a team leader.Coordinates assigned tasks with a team leader according to a work plan.Maintains organized project files and records, both digital and physical.Possesses comprehensive knowledge of architecture principles and practices. Requirements • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, preferably with internship experience. • Local to the New Haven area and able to work in-office at least 3 days per week. • Commitment to pursuing registration. • Proficiency in Revit document production. • Excellent communication skills. • Able to make sound judgments.
