Senior Design Manager - Interior Experience

About the Job Clagam Global Solutions LLC is seeking a talented Design Team Lead/INTERIOR DESIGNER to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring designers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities As Design Team Lead/INTERIOR DESIGNER, you will be responsible for: • Working closely with the design team to coach, motivate, and guide them in delivering high-quality designs • Ensuring designers are properly trained and equipped to meet project requirements • Executing onboarding processes for new hires, including training and familiarization with company procedures and products • Coordinating project load distribution and assigning projects to design team members weekly • Monitoring time management goals and ensuring all designers meet deadlines • Implementing processes and procedures to improve design efficiency and quality • Participating in annual reviews with the Managing Director and Director of Design • Coordinating vacation schedules among the design team Requirements To succeed as a Design Team Lead/INTERIOR DESIGNER at Clagam Global Solutions LLC, you will need: • Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design or a related field • Proven experience managing reports or in a lead/mentor role • Comfortable working fully onsite • Commercial project experience Our Benefits Package We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision plans, 401k plan with a safe harbor, life insurance, cell phone stipend, laptop, and paid vacation.
