Senior Design Manager

Job Description The Senior Interior Designer at Blue Heron will be responsible for managing all aspects of the interior design process, from initial consultation to final project completion. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: • Promote and encourage alignment with Blue Heron Core Values, Policies, Philosophies, Processes, and methodologies. • Develop and implement innovative design solutions that meet client needs and exceed their expectations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. • Provide exceptional client service and support throughout the design process. • Maintain accurate records and documentation of design concepts, project timelines, and client interactions. Qualifications • 6+ years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. • Strong working knowledge of SketchUp 3D modeling software required. • Experience with Studio Designer & Wrike software preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
