Senior Design Lead

Sr. Design Lead We are seeking an accomplished Sr. Design Lead to spearhead design and documentation efforts for architectural building projects. • Lead the development of detailed scaled plans and supporting documentation, applying independent judgement and collaborating with senior staff. • Create and manage 2D and 3D construction drawings, utilizing Computer-Assisted Design (CAD) and/or Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. • Evaluate project designs to ensure compliance with constructability and code requirements as mandated by authorities having jurisdiction. • Coordinate with sub-consultants and provide feedback on drawing standards. • Assist Team Leads and Project Managers in Quality Assurance reviews, performing redline mark-ups of designer-produced drawings/documents. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related fields, along with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Registered Architect licensure is preferred.
