Consistent and effective utilization of designated communication methods and email systems is a fundamental requirement for success • Engage in collaborative efforts with store management and team members to navigate projects from inquiry through installation, aiming to accomplish sales targets and other key objectives • Express full support for company initiatives and objectives by setting an example and training store staff on best practices • Be actively engaged in both established and emerging design trends within your market • Responsible for learning and applying design applications including Salesforce, custom Online Design Appointment Scheduler, and MyProject • Take part in nearby professional associations like ASID and NKBA to broaden your network within the field • Execute supplemental assignments as delegated Working Conditions of Senior Creative Designer: • Limited travel may be required by car • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles.
