About this role

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Architect III to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and supervising the construction of buildings and other physical structures. • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and create designs that meet their requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations. • Apply architectural principles and practices with minimum technical supervision. • Assume responsibility over assigned work projects, plan, and assist in supervising the work performed by other technical and support staff assigned to projects. • Create detailed specifications for building plans and supervise the construction plans. • Manage client relationships, developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings, specifications, budgets, construction documents, and managing project teams. • Transform building designs into reality, ensuring functionality, safety, and creative vision. • Prepare progress reports and communication material concerning established goals and objectives. • Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects. • Use modeling software to simulate project scenarios. • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. • Coordinate with project teams, government agencies, utility companies, businesses, industry professionals, and external vendors to achieve project goals. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in architecture is required. 5-10 years' experience in an Architectural Role is necessary. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) for drafting and design is also required. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy in work. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
