Learn more about us at: https://swankbuildersinc.com/ As a Selections & Design Consultant, you'll be the face of Swank Builders, working directly with homeowners to design and estimate their remodeling projects. This is not just a numbers-crunching role, we need someone with an eye for design, a passion for customer service, and the ability to sell solutions that meet both function and aesthetics. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to assess their remodeling needs, build rapport, and develop project plans. Create design concepts and present remodeling solutions that align with client budgets and expectations. Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and contracts. Coordinate with designers and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution. Guide clients through material selections, working alongside our Selections and Allowances Specialist. Maintain accurate records in Buildertrend or similar construction management software. Attend site visits as needed to oversee project feasibility and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in residential remodeling sales or design-build consulting Strong understanding of home construction, materials, and design principles Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners Outgoing personality with a natural ability to build relationships and close deals Proficiency in estimating and creating project proposals Knowledge of construction management software (Buildertrend a plus) Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Why Join Swank Builders?
