Security-Cleared Interior Design Professional

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. • Professional certification in interior design (e.g., NCIDQ) is highly preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a significant portfolio of completed government or commercial projects. • 3 years' experience designing furniture layouts in AutoCAD with (1) of those years with a furniture dealership space planning and specifying contract furniture. • CIDA accredited Interior Design degree is required for designers fulfilling the Design-Build SOW Interior Designer Role. • Strong understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and other relevant federal, state, and local regulations. • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders. • [Optional: Security clearance, if required for specific projects or locations.]
