Sales Representative for Interior Designers

Interior Sales Professional We are seeking a skilled Interior Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with interior designers and contractors to increase sales and brand awareness. Your technical expertise and design-oriented solutions will enable you to identify and pursue new project opportunities. In this role, you will create short- and long-term sales plans to penetrate the market, develop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts, and represent and promote our brand and products to the interior design community. You will also gather and share market intelligence information, maintain accurate product placement and project details, and report daily activity using CRM software. Your success in this position will depend on your ability to manage your sales budget, maintain discipline to stay within assigned sales and expense budgets, and coordinate with other teams to ensure successful sales implementation of programs. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant interior design industry sales experience, solid technical knowledge, and business acumen. A background in interior design or decoration is highly desirable. Salary Information: The annual salary for this position is between $70,000-$80,000, with potential for an annual bonus. The compensation package also includes benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and basic life and supplemental insurance. You will also be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) Retirement Plan. Benefits: Vacation time will be accrued monthly and will be subject to change per company policy updates.
