Sales Representative / Design Consultant

Job Summary We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Sales/Design Consultant to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience selling home remodeling specifically bathroom projects. This is a ‘one-call’ close position where the successful candidate will be motivated by an uncapped commission structure and the opportunity to help a residential remodeling company grow to the point of a national footprint. This is a high paced environment/ culture with the opportunity to make $350,000+ a year. This position will be joining a current team of four. Please only apply if you have in-home same day sale experience. Duties • Engage with clients to assess their bathroom design needs and preferences. • Provide expert advice on renovation, construction, design, and materials for bathroom remodeling Projects. • Conduct product demonstrations and upsell high-quality products to clients. • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets through in-home sales appointments. • Execute ~11 appointments per week. • Handle check, credit card, financing & cash transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies.
