Sales Representative - Architectural and Interior Design

Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Architectural Sales Representative to join our growing team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll represent premier brands such as Stacked Wood Walls, Gravity Digital Walls, and Colour & Design Wallcovering working closely with architects, interior designers, and contractors to support their project needs with expertise and creativity. Key Responsibilities • Serve as a trusted resource for architects, designers, and contractors regarding interior design solutions • Promote and represent our featured product lines with professionalism and enthusiasm • Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities • Build and maintain long-term client relationships • Deliver impactful product presentations and consultations • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and project success • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth Qualifications • Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in architectural sales or a related field • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design products and trends • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships • Independence & Teamwork: Able to manage responsibilities independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment • Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred • Location: Must reside in the greater Pittsburgh, PA area Why Join LBI Boyd Design Resource? • Competitive compensation and benefits package • Opportunities for career development and advancement • A supportive and collaborative team culture • The chance to represent industry-leading design products Ready to Inspire Design?
