Sales Representative - Architectural and Interior Design

Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Architectural Sales Representative to join our growing team in Western NY, Buffalo - Albany. In this role, you’ll represent premier brands such as Stacked Wood Walls, Gravity Digital Walls, Iconic Digital, Acoustical Products & Systems, and Colour & Design Wallcovering working closely with architects, interior designers, and contractors to support their project needs with expertise and creativity. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted resource for architects, designers, and contractors regarding interior design solutions Promote and represent our featured product lines with professionalism and enthusiasm Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities Build and maintain long-term client relationships Deliver impactful product presentations and consultations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and project success Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in architectural sales or a related field Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design products and trends Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Relationship Building: Proven ability to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships Independence & Teamwork: Able to manage responsibilities independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred Location: Must reside in Buffalo or Rochester NY Why Join LBI Boyd Design Resource?
