Location: New Orleans, LA (In-office 3+ days/week)

Our mission is to help trade professionals move faster and take on more work through clear design support and a disciplined digital workflow, from initial vision through final delivery.
The Role
As a Sales Designer – Trade, you will act as a trusted partner to architects, designers, developers, real estate investors, and hospitality groups. You will own client relationships, drive revenue, and shape design direction across projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and grow long-term relationships with trade partners
• Lead design vision including layouts, materials, and functionality
• Create sketches, mood boards, and design briefs
• Manage project scope, budget, and timelines
• Collaborate with internal design teams for execution
• Review drawings, quotes, and renders for accuracy and intent
• Manage multiple projects from outreach to completion
Note: Internal teams handle technical drawings and renders.
Who You Are
• 3–7+ years in cabinetry design, interiors, architecture, or high-end sales
• Strong knowledge of space planning, cabinetry systems, and materials
• Ability to develop and communicate clear design concepts
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with 2020 Design, SketchUp, or CAD
Work Environment & Travel
• In-office role (3+ days/week in New Orleans)
• Local travel for client meetings
• Opportunity to visit manufacturing facilities for training

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
