About this role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for closing in-home appointments related to the bath area, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales through effective relationship building and upselling strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of in-home sales (ideally in the bath industry) and demonstrate the ability and drive to keep pace with trainings from top leaders in the industry to enhance sales performance. Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships within your assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities.Maintain superior professionalism in the home while following the required sales presentationAttend weekly virtual trainings with top leaders in the industryComplete follow-ups with previous customers to close outstanding dealsCollaborate within the local team with effective communicationMaintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactionsMeet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.Skills Proven experience in sales, particularly in in-home sales environments. (bath experience preferred)Strong territory management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent business development abilities with a focus on building long-term client relationships.Proficient in upselling techniques that drive additional revenue streams.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
