Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Casselberry, FL for a Sales & Design Consultant. The Sales & Design Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales through effective product recommendations, assisting clients with furniture and interior design selections, and managing the sales process from initial contact to delivery. Consultants will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and create personalized home furnishing solutions. Qualifications • Customer Service skills and Sales experience • Knowledge of Interior Design, Furniture, and Furnishings • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, or a related field is preferred • Previous experience in the furniture or home furnishings industry is a plus
