Sales Associate/Interior Designer/Project Manager

Pay - Commission only - will be discussed in the interview. Commissions are calculated from projects profits. Our environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and immensely rewarding As a Design Consultant, your primary focus will be on crafting interior remodeling designs for homeowners in the San Diego area. Your key responsibilities will encompass: • Sales (a significant aspect of this role) • Conducting consultations with clients to brainstorm design concepts that meet their needs and budget. • Overseeing the construction phase to ensure project success. • Collaborating with our in-house architecture and drafting team, as well as our project superintendents, to guarantee a seamless home renovation process. We specialize exclusively in residential projects, particularly in the renovation of kitchens, bathrooms, and entire homes, consistently earning local and national accolades for our outstanding work. We provide the necessary tools, systems, flexibility, and support to foster success among motivated individuals. Our commitment to quality and integrity supports our sales team, leading to a high rate of referrals and repeat business. Ideal candidates will have training or experience in kitchen and bath design, with a background in a construction setting being a plus.
