Somebody who wants to turn their passion into a beautiful business! The focus of this position is making connections with people, motivating and inspiring them. Requirements: • Poise and an engaging, empathetic communication style based on natural warmth and enthusiasm. A self-confident, extroverted style that can enliven, engage and positively impact individuals and groups is essential. • Drive toward results by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of others. Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding their individual needs and motivations • Strong initiative and self-direction for generating sales of products and services in the marketplace. • The ability to understand, quickly react and motivate is a critical key to success, as the projects encounter a variety of tasks and are dynamic and changing.
