Sales Associate - Home Design

Job Summary We are seeking a highly-motivated and customer-oriented home design sales associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. Duties • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly. • Demonstrate product knowledge. • Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise and ensuring products are displayed attractively. • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. • Communicate effectively with customers over the phone, providing information about products and services as needed. • Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies. Qualifications • Knowledge of current interior design trends and products experience. • Previous experience in retail sales or furniture store environments is required. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. • Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
