Sales Associate for New Luxury Home Interiors Store in Corte Madera Town Center ANTHEM www.anthemsf.com @antheminteriors We are a fast growing luxury home furnishings company seeking a Sales Associate for our new flagship Marin store location. Anthem welcomes all to draw inspiration from our unique selection of home décor. We seek customer oriented professionals who want to take on new responsibilities. We look for individuals with excellent customer service skills and with experience selling luxury brands. Anthem has retail locations in San Francisco, Burlingame, Menlo Park, and Healdsburg. Our newest store opening in September, will be in Corte Madera Town Center. Our stores feature high end home furnishings and accessories, tabletop, bed and bath décor, and gift items. We have been steadily growing and expanding since opening our San Francisco store in 2008. Our full time positions include full medical, dental, and vision benefits. RESPONSIBILITIES * Demonstrate exceptional customer service, engagement, and approachability to build customer relationships * Partner extensively with the design community to design and select products for their customers. * Work closely with clients and designers in a consultative sales capacity * Provide consistent high standards of customer service. * Maintain high level of product knowledge. Capable of energetic and enthusiastic presentation of our products, with an upbeat personality. * Communicate merchandise opportunities and ensure execution of visual displays. * Help manage incoming inventory to get it to the sales floor -- tagging, transferring, checking in, and wrapping of goods. * Help maintain physical condition of store. * Help manage floor and fixture changes. * The position requires working retail hours including one weekend day. REQUIREMENTS * Previous experience with the design community or prior retail sales experience with luxury brands. * Previous knowledge selling custom furniture is a plus. * Professional, outgoing, confident, and high energy. * Outstanding customer service skills. * Excellent communication skills and a team player. * Ability to lift in 25 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items for a short distance. Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool.
