Role Overview This position requires a motivated and results-driven individual who can excel in an In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate role, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Main Responsibilities • Meet with clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects. • Apply our sales system to provide personalized solutions. • Coordinate installations with the Office Manager. • Ensure customer satisfaction by working closely with the Install Manager. Requirements • Proven sales experience, preferably in-home or outside sales. • Familiarity with flooring, construction, or design principles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
