Sales Representative Duties: - Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and acquire new customers - Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the market and increase sales - Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients - Identify business development opportunities and propose innovative solutions - Utilize technology sales techniques to effectively promote products and services - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas - Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track sales activities and manage customer relationships - Fluent in Spanish is a plus - previous experience with granite/quartz countertops, cabinets and flooring Skills: - Proven experience in outside sales or a related field - Strong business development skills with a track record of success - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly - Proficient in using technology for sales presentations and demonstrations - Exceptional negotiation and closing skills - Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!
