About the position Responsibilities • Engage with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget. Provide expert advice on cabinetry options, materials, and finishes. • Utilize your creative flair to design functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen, bathroom, and all other room layouts. Collaborate with clients to create customized cabinetry solutions. • Oversee the entire process, from initial consultation to installation. Coordinate with our installation team and ensure timely delivery. • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, builders, and contractors. Maintain excellent communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and innovative designs. Be the ambassador for our brand. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years in kitchen cabinet sales and design. • Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g. 2020, AutoCAD, Sketchup). • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Attention to detail and ability to visualize spatial layouts. • Passion for interior design and cabinetry. • Education in Interior Design, architectural, and related field is a plus. • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
