About the Role
We’re seeking a Sales Administrator to support our Sales, Design, and Facilities departments with order entry, vendor coordination, scheduling, and reporting. You’ll play a vital role in keeping projects on track, communications flowing, and data accuracy—ensuring our clients receive the exceptional service ABI is known for.
Key Responsibilities
· Process and enter quotes and orders into Hedberg software for multiple departments.
· Coordinate with vendors to obtain pricing, order acknowledgments, and delivery schedules.
· Maintain and update order logs and project files.
· Prepare weekly KPI reports and run daily EDI reports.
· Support internal scheduling and job coordination tasks.
· Manage communication with vendors, clients, and team members.
· Welcome and assist walk-in clients; route calls and inquiries in the absence of the Accounting Administrator.
· Perform system maintenance and mappings in Hedberg and Configura Extension Technology (CET).
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
· Experience with Hedberg software or other order-entry systems.
· Familiarity with office equipment (phone, copier, fax, scanner).
· Industry knowledge in furnishings or interior design is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $18.40 – $23.75 (based on experience and education)

Additional Information
· Position is on-site in Melbourne, FL.
