Revit Drafter and Architectural and Interior Design Job Summary We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Revit Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be strong and proficient in using Revit to create innovative architectural designs. This role involves collaborating with architects and civil engineer to develop comprehensive design solutions that meet client needs while adhering to project specifications. Understanding of Civil Engineering is not required. Duties • Utilize Revit software to create detailed architectural drawings and models. • Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, sections, and elevations. • Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure designs align with existing conditions. • Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the design process. • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to interior design and remodeling. • Draft civil engineering plan under the guidance of a civil engineer. Understanding of Civil Engineering is not required. Requirements • Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with AutoCAD is a plus. • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual tasks effectively. • A degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
