And we can drop ship anywhere in the USA. We are searching for an intelligent, articulate person to be a major part of a small, family business whose customers come from all over the area who are more often well-educated themselves and need real solutions for serious health issues and not mattress hype. Are you passionate about the arts, humanities, or sciences? Are you naturally able to explain abstract, complex ideas? Interior designer? Massage therapist? Do you have an understanding of body mechanics? It doesn’t matter what subject is your specialty; as long as you are friendly, responsible, comfortable speaking to customers, and able to use your big, curious brain to engage people in intelligent conversation while exuding poise and dignity, we might have the perfect job for you. As a Sleep Specialist, your primary focus will be presenting and fitting customers to our exclusive European Sleep Design brand. You will provide incomparable support and care to our customers by guiding and fitting them to our uniquely personally fit mattress systems. As well as being able to speak knowledgeably of our distinctive and stylish bedroom furniture, you will be a part of a small team who work together to manage a variety of tasks assigned to you, including data entry and ordering, inventory counts, shipping and receiving, answering phones and generally monitoring the daily business responsibilities. Instead of the usual high- pressure, commission-based retail store environment, we provide a comfortable atmosphere with a no-pressure pleasant buying experience. Depending on the experience you bring you can expect your first year earnings between $38,000 - $48,000, with appreciable daily bonuses; medical benefits; 401(k), paid holidays off and paid vacation. Experienced furniture sales people and designers are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidate would be someone who would like to become a long time member of the ESD family. _Appreciation of good interior design. _Outstanding listening and communication skills required. _Prior experience in sales is a plus.
