The Role: • As a Design Director, you will oversee creative quality, workflow, and innovation across all design projects. • You will mentor and develop Senior Designers and Designers. • Additionally, you will lead quoting and proposals in collaboration with Account Executives. • Help shape department budgets, training programs, and hiring decisions. • Align design strategy with company goals and client ROI. • Represent the company in prospect meetings and at industry events.
