Job Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage customers, building rapport and earning their trust through exceptional product knowledge and strong interpersonal skills.
• Provide world-class customer service, ensuring that customers have an enjoyable and hassle-free shopping experience.
• Develop and maintain a customer base through networking and client follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction before and after the sale.
• Generate sales through a low-pressure consultative approach, helping customers make informed decisions about their furniture purchases.
Requirements:
• Energetic and self-motivated sales professional with exceptional interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
• Ability to network and build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Competitive and goal-oriented nature, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work a 5-day retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and previous sales experience in a retail commission-based sales environment (a plus).
