Resource Manager - Commercial Interiors

We are seeking a skilled Scheduler/Dispatch to oversee project deployment and resource allocation at Atmosphere Commercial Interiors. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate scheduling modules, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that dispatched installation crews have the necessary skill sets to complete projects on time and within budget. A key aspect of this role is employing lean methodologies and standard work procedures to optimize resource utilization and promote a team-oriented environment. Additionally, you will need to respond to occasional after-hour calls and support company initiatives by actively participating in relevant projects and adhering to company policies. Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year Key Responsibilities: • Maintaining and updating scheduling modules to ensure accuracy and compliance • Providing coordination between internal and external customers by scheduling and dispatching appropriate crews • Ensuring dispatched installation crews have the necessary skill sets to complete projects on time, within budget, and to customer expectations
