About the Role This role involves hands-on styling, furniture and accessory placement, light lifting, and an eye for what makes a home shine. You will work collaboratively to stage residential spaces under the direction of our lead stager or design team. • Create emotionally compelling and photo-ready spaces that showcase properties in their best light. • Collaborate with our warehouse team to pull, load, and return inventory as needed. • Ensure each staged space aligns with our signature aesthetic. Key Qualifications The successful candidate will be punctual, professional, and responsive. They will have a strong sense of style, balance, and color coordination, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs and move efficiently during installs.
