Luxury Residential Shop and Design Studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The Opportunity We are currently seeking an accomplished Senior Interior Designer to join design our team. We are seeking someone who has 12+ years’ experience in hi-end residential design, is confident engaging in high-level client interactions, and also have expertise in selling luxury brand furnishings. The ideal candidate should have a strong existing client base in the Greater Cincinnati Area but also have a desire to take on new clients. He/She should be a self-directed, highly organized with a strong design sensibility and excellent project management skills (owning project timelines, budgets and status). The candidate should be able to curate and execute exquisite interior palettes, including custom furniture and textiles selections, lighting and accessories within a client's suggested budget, to create a beautiful well-appointed home. About our Company Interiors by Kurtinitis is a premier full-service Interior Design Studio with a 10,000 sq. ft. beautifully appointed luxury-brand shop located on the east side of Cincinnati. For 80+ years, we have offered a client-focused approach to all our projects regardless of size, which ensures an elegant, functional, and timeless design tailored to our client’s personal style. Our team is passionate, experienced, and dedicated to working with our clients through every step of the design process, while ensuring a professional experience to create a beautifully executed project. Schedule and Compensation The work schedule can be flexible, based on client/project needs, but we ask for a minimum of 30-hours/week, which includes a weekly rotation time on the Shop Floor greeting customers and potential new Design Clients.
