Residential Interior Designer We are seeking a talented interior designer to join our team. As a residential interior designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and functional spaces for high-end single-family homes. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to understand their vision and bring it to life through stunning interior designs. Responsibilities: 1. Develop high-quality, custom single-family home designs in collaboration with architects and engineers. 2. Create detailed interior design plans using Revit and AutoCAD. 3. Manage all phases of the design process, from initial consultation to final execution. 4. Present design ideas and concepts to clients, incorporating their preferences and needs. 5. Stay current on design trends, materials, and technologies to ensure innovative and competitive designs. 6. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and successful project completion. 7. Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and maintain design integrity. 8. Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in interior design, with a focus on single-family residential projects. 3. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software. 4. Strong understanding of architectural and residential design principles. 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 6. Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 8. Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and technologies.
