Residential Senior Interior Designer

QUALIFICATIONS • 10+ years of experience in Interior Design. • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience with high end residential projects • Professional degree in Interior Design • Professional registration - NCIDQ desired. • Design and technical detailing experience • Computer Experience: AutoCad, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel,Powerpoint. • Digital graphic skills, including familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite PROJECT DESIGN/PROCESS • Work directly with senior leadership and principals to lead the architectural process from inception to completion • Coordinate internal team and consultants to maintain a project's budget, staffing and scheduling • Provide direction on code requirements, technical detailing and construction documents to internal team • Responsible to be involved throughout construction administration and review all needed submittals, shop drawings and conduct on-site observations and reports www.placementbydesign.com
