Role Description The Residential Remodeling Interior Designer will work on transforming client spaces through tailored interior solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, creating construction drawings, selecting finishes, furnishings (FF&E), and collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to bring projects to fruition. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lake Oswego, OR. Qualifications Expertise in Space Planning and Interior DesignProficiency in creating Construction Drawings and understanding ArchitectureExperience with specifying and selecting FF&E (Fixtures, Furnishings, and Equipment)Strong communication and client interaction skillsAbility to collaborate with contractors, vendors, and project managersProficiency in design software such as Cheif SketchUp, or equivalent toolsBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fieldExperience in residential remodeling is highly desirable
