Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Remodeling Interior Designer, located in Lake Oswego, OR. The Residential Remodeling Interior Designer will be responsible for working with clients to plan and design interior spaces, developing construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring projects align with aesthetics and functionality goals. The role requires collaboration with other professionals and trades to bring design visions to life while meeting project timelines and budgets. Qualifications • Strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design • Proficiency in Architecture, Construction Drawings, and project documentation • Experience with FF&E selection, coordination, and sourcing • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools) is preferred • Knowledge of remodeling processes and materials is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is advantageous
