Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Remodeler to join our team. As a Remodeler, you will play a critical role in transforming residential spaces into beautiful and functional living areas. You will be responsible for managing the entire remodeling process, from conceptualization to completion. Duties - Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and architectural plans to ensure accurate construction. - Install and fabricate various materials, such as glass, stucco, dry wall,texture and more, to meet project specifications. - Apply construction painting techniques to ensure a high-quality finish. - Perform caulking and other finishing tasks to complete the remodeling process. - Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals. - Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the remodeling process. Requirements Non negotiable Must KNOW TILE work - Proven experience in the field of remodeling and construction. - Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and the ability to operate various tools safely. - Proficiency in construction painting techniques. - Experience with blueprints and architectural plans. - Skill in fabricating and installing various materials. - Experience with glass installation and stucco construction. - Excellent communication and project management skills. - Physical stamina to perform tasks that require heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
