Residential Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities: • Site Execution Oversight: Lead the on-site implementation of residential interior projects, ensuring smooth progression from installation to handover. • Design Implementation: Ensure accuracy in the execution of design plans, drawings, and specifications. • Contractor & Vendor Coordination: Manage trades, subcontractors, and schedule deliveries to maintain workflow efficiency. • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to keep projects aligned with timelines and budgets. • Client & Contractor Representation: Serve as the primary on-site representative of the design team in meetings with clients and contractors. • Quality & Safety Assurance: Uphold site safety, cleanliness, and quality standards throughout the construction process. Qualifications: • 3+ years of site or project management experience in residential interiors • Solid understanding of drawings, joinery, and FF&E logistics • Skilled communicator, comfortable coordinating across teams • Strong problem-solver with a hands-on approach • Experience with both custom and volume residential projects is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance • Life insurance Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Overtime Work Location: In person
