About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Site Manager to lead the on-site delivery of a range of residential interior design projects. You’ll coordinate with designers, trades, and suppliers to ensure every project is delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: • Site Execution Oversight: Lead the on-site implementation of residential interior projects, ensuring smooth progression from installation to handover. • Design Implementation: Ensure accuracy in the execution of design plans, drawings, and specifications. • Contractor & Vendor Coordination: Manage trades, subcontractors, and schedule deliveries to maintain workflow efficiency. • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to keep projects aligned with timelines and budgets. • Client & Contractor Representation: Serve as the primary on-site representative of the design team in meetings with clients and contractors. • Quality & Safety Assurance: Uphold site safety, cleanliness, and quality standards throughout the construction process.
