Builder Selection Management: Take ownership of the selection process required for builder bidding and construction. This includes sourcing, documenting, and coordinating all "fixed" materials (stone, tile, flooring, plumbing, lighting, cabinetry, etc.).
Technical Documentation: Develop detailed interior elevations, cabinetry shops, and material schedules to ensure clarity and consistency.
Design Integration: Ensure cohesion exists between the architectural shell and interior details. Address spatial relationships and material transitions before they reach the field.
Visual Communication: Create polished design boards using Canva to communicate materials and design intent effectively.
Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in residential interior design, with a heavy emphasis on custom luxury homes.
Software Proficiency:
Revit (required) and AutoCAD for technical drafting.

Collaboration: Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback while working under the direction of senior staff.
Preferred Attributes
Demonstrated ability to translate high-level design intent into technically resolved drawings.
A passion for problem-solving and resolving design conflicts before they become "field issues."
A refined eye for material transitions, alignment, and the nuance between architecture and interiors.
Compensation
