Residential Interior Designer Project Manager (Experience Required)

Position Overview Elms Interior Design is a vibrant interior design firm focused on high-end residential projects. We are currently expanding our team and seek a talented candidate for the creative role of Interior Designer/Project Manager. Applicants should have solid experience managing all phases of interior design—from conception to installation—while overseeing multiple projects of varying size and complexity. This role requires high interaction with clients, contractors, and vendors. Job Type: Full-time | Work Location: In person Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage interior design projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and budget constraints. • Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Photoshop to create detailed design plans and visual presentations. • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to facilitate effective communication and project execution. • Conduct site visits to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to designs. • Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and contracts to ensure successful project delivery. Required Qualifications • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-end residential interior design. • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Interior Design. • High proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Design Manager, and Microsoft Office.
