Residential Designer

Company Description We are a small residential design firm with a focus on high-end custom homes. New construction and remodels for the past 23 years. Role Description This is a full-time role. As a Lead Residential Designer, will be responsible for overseeing, from start to finish the design process, utilizing CAD or REVIT software, collaborating and coordinating with other consultants. As well as directly communicating with clients. Individual must have a thorough experience, understanding and capability to create schematic design and construction drawings in the residential design industry. This role is located in Boise, ID, with some work from home flexibility. Qualifications • Residential Design and Architectural Design skills • Experience in Custom Homes and Architecture • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), preferably REVIT • Strong attention to detail and creativity • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field • Experience in the residential design industry is a must • Experience in rendering software is a plus Compensation • salary position • depends on experience • no retirement or insurance benefits available but willing to compensate with salary • profit sharing available after 90 days Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Garden City, ID 83714
